Move With Intention

Kristen is a senior teacher and Director of teacher training at Speir Pilates, as well as the co-founder of The Pilates Fix with Andrea Speir. As a teacher Kristen’s goal is to help people feel empowered and connected to their bodies. Each session is customized to your specific needs focusing on functional and mindful movement, increasing strength and flexibility, and proper breathing. Kristen works with all sorts of clients from pre and post natal, to athletes and dancers, to those looking to refine their Pilates practice, and everyone in between. She is known for her creative, effective, and challenging workouts with a keen attention to detail.

In-Studio

Kristen is available for studio privates in Santa Monica, CA. Studio lessons use Pilates equipment which encourage proper form and technique. The benefits include increased strength and flexibility, better posture, and a deeper mind-body connection.

In-Home

In-Home sessions can be done with or without equipment in the comfort of your own home. Kristen is available to go to homes/locations on the westside of Los Angeles, Malibu, Westwood, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood.

Rates:
Price dependent on location (starts at $200).

Virtual

Virtual sessions are a great option for anyone who wants to take a lesson with Kristen but is unable to make it to the studio. The lessons are tailored to your specific needs and can be done with or without equipment. You will still get all the support as you would with an in-person lesson, it’s just done via Zoom or FaceTime.

Pre + Postnatal

Pre and Postnatal sessions will support you during and after your pregnancy, and help you understand what your body needs. Kristen takes a holistic approach to empowering women during this time through exercise, nutrition, increasing energy and comfort. and decreasing stress.

Price dependent on time working together.

Payment must be made in advance or day of your lesson.
